Client & Employee Shop
A Client & Employee Shop allows you to order bundles and individual shipments stored at LocalHeroBox. Orders can be triggered and sent in several ways
A Client and Employee Shop is an individual shop that allows employees and customers to order items directly from the shop.
For example, the shop can be used as an Employee Shop where employees can order different products stored at LocalHeroBox based on different rights, e.g. a hoodie in the right size.
As a Customer Shop, clients can order products and bundles stored at LocalHeroBox directly.
The individual LocalHeroBox Shop is customized by LocalHeroBox to the desired look & feel.
Orders placed through the shop are automatically packed and shipped. In addition, all orders flow directly into the LocalHeroBox portal so that these shipments can be tracked and evaluated there.
Shop Look & Feel
The individual LocalHeroBox shop is based on a Shopify template. All available Shopify templates can be selected and adapted to the desired look & feel.

After you have selected a shop template, you will receive a design file from LocalHeroBox with all the customization options. Here you can enter your desired style, which will be implemented by LocalHeroBox.
Shop Products Selection
All products stored in LocalHeroBox warehouses (LocalHeroBox products and own products) can (but do not have to) be made available in your shop. Each product has an individual name and product description, which is set by LocalHeroBox, but can be adjusted at any time. Product images of the products are automatically added by LocalHeroBox. Products with different sizes, e.g. T-shirts, are displayed with the correct size. So that the user can choose the right size or variant of the products

Ordering
Orders can be placed in different ways.
1. Ordering via Payment
You can also set up your Client or Employee Shop like a conventional shop, i.e. each order in the shop must be paid for. Various payment methods can be selected for this purpose. Allowed payment methods can be limited as desired.
2. Ordering via Voucher Codes
Voucher codes can be used to enable customers and employees to order free of charge, e.g. so that every customer can order their event box directly.
Different types of voucher codes can be restricted in their ordering rights.

Note, that different right can be combined e.g.:
A general voucher code allows the free order (Free-Product Right) of one specific product (product Right) per customer (Customer Right) between 01.09.21 and 10.11.21 (Duration Right).
Shipping
All orders received via the shop are automatically packed, shipped and send to the LocalHeroBox portal for tracking.
Limitation of shipping countries: LocalHeroBox can ship worldwide. Nevertheless, it is possible to allow shipping only to certain countries or to leave it up to the customer to pay the shipping costs for certain countries.
Shop Domain
By default, your shop domain looks as follows: {{mycompany}}.localherobox.com
However, it is also possible to run your LocalHeroBox shop on your desired domain.You will receive instructions from your LocalHeroBox account manager.
